Go-to Guacamole

You can’t go wrong with a simple, but delicious recipe like this

You will need:

  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 small red onion, minced
  • 1/2 ripe tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mash the 3 avocados. 2. Add in red onion, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. 3. Mix well and taste, adding more salt and pepper as desired. 4. Serve with chips, chopped veggies, in a burrito bowl, or on toast.
