One of our favorite ways to start the day is with a nutrient dense, protein packed smoothie.

This is a great way to get in your carbs, fats, and protein in the perfect balance for a filling and satisfying breakfast. Plus, the berries in this recipe bring even more health benefits that you will read about in today’s newsletter!
Blend together the following ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen organic wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen organic raspberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup plant based milk of choice
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 tablespoon hemp or chia seeds (or both)
- 1/2 cup – 1 cup additional water depending on desired thickness
- Optional extras: broccoli sprouts, sea moss, bee pollen, more fruits or veggies
