Berry Protein Smoothie

One of our favorite ways to start the day is with a nutrient dense, protein packed smoothie.

This is a great way to get in your carbs, fats, and protein in the perfect balance for a filling and satisfying breakfast. Plus, the berries in this recipe bring even more health benefits that you will read about in today’s newsletter!

Blend together the following ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen organic wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic raspberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup plant based milk of choice
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 tablespoon hemp or chia seeds (or both)
  • 1/2 cup – 1 cup additional water depending on desired thickness
  • Optional extras: broccoli sprouts, sea moss, bee pollen, more fruits or veggies
